Shorter publications such as e-books, brochures, one-pagers or executive summary reports are quoted individually.

Branding materials – logo, visual identity guidelines (if available), color palette, fonts.
Photos and graphics – product photos, team photos, illustrations, icons or other visuals to be used in the report.

Yes, of course. We understand that ESG report design often involves sensitive data and strategic information. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we start working together.
We complete a standard project within 3 weeks from receiving complete, final source materials. The timeline depends on the length and complexity of the project.
By default, we design ESG reports for online publication (PDF for digital distribution). If you need a printed version, we can prepare it based on additional technical arrangements.
We start by designing a few sample pages. This is the stage for feedback, corrections and refining the visual direction. Only after they are approved do we move on to the full design. The sample pages set the key visual for the whole report, which minimizes the risk of mismatched expectations.
Yes. We prepare the report so the content can be edited later. Once the project is complete, you receive the Adobe InDesign source file, so you can make changes or update the data yourself in the following years.
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice.
Projects are paid in two installments: 50% upfront and 50% after completion and approval.
