Benefit Systems has commissioned us composition of the ESG report Capital Group for 2025. The starting point was a document in Word - our task was to fully report composition in InDesign Including graphic design.
We developed a visual concept consistent with the company's brandbook: colors, fonts, graphic style. The design was created on a modular grid using paragraph and text styles, ensuring order and scalability of the document. We prepared all charts and selected photos from the company's stock library.
Throughout the process, we worked with Benefit Systems' ESG department and Materialiy, the company responsible for the report's content. We responded flexibly to subsequent rounds of revisions.
The client received an open InDesign file - ready for independent editing and updating by the in-house graphics team in subsequent years.
We closed the whole thing in one month.
