Benefit Systems commissioned us to do the ESG report layout for its Capital Group for 2025. The starting point was a Word document – our task was the full report layout in InDesign together with the graphic design.
We developed a visual concept consistent with the company’s brand book: colors, fonts and graphic style. The design was built on a modular grid using paragraph and character styles, which keeps the document organized and scalable. We created all the charts and selected photos from the company’s stock library.
Throughout the process, we worked with the Benefit Systems ESG team and MATERIALITY, which was responsible for the report’s content. We responded flexibly to successive rounds of revisions.
The client received an open InDesign file – ready to be edited and updated by their in-house design team in the following years.
We completed the whole project in one month.
