Yes. At the end of the project, the client receives all project files in editable formats (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, PowerPoint, InDesign).
We stay in constant, open contact, mainly by email, phone, WhatsApp or online meetings – depending on the client’s preference.
Of course. The client can request revisions within the agreed budget and schedule. By default, there are 3 rounds of revisions for each design stage.
For the first project with a new client, a payment of 50% of the project value is due after the terms are accepted and before work begins.
The remaining 50% is paid after the final version is approved. Payment is made against a VAT invoice.
