Implementation of the website A to Z

Analysis of competition and possible solutions

We analyze and compare the sites of your competitors, as well as other companies in the industry. We look for effective solutions.

Development of sales texts

We create effective and clear sales messages. We prepare copy in Polish and translate it into any language using AI.

Graphic design of the website

Graphic design must be consistent with the entire visual communication of the brand. Here we pay attention to colors, fonts, logos, the nature of photos and illustrations. If the brand does not yet have a corporate brandbook, we create all the elements from scratch.

Implementing the site on WordPress

We implement sites on WordPress using Elementor PRO tool. We create responsive, fast and secure sites integrated with your sales tools.

And that's not all...

Within each project we carry out more than 50 tasks

With concern for every step of the website development process, we have developed a checklist of more than 50 key tasks that we carry out as part of the project.

Such precise organization guarantees the highest quality of service, efficiency of operation and a final result that will delight both you and your customers.

"A perfectionist in her field."

"Professionalism, creativity and timeliness."

"Sensational communication in a great atmosphere."

Types of websites

Clear and modern websites tailored to your individual needs, in versions for computers, tablets and cell phones. Below are the most popular formats that may interest you.

Landing Page (one-pager)
Landing page or "landing" page, a single page that has a clear purpose (usually sales). A landing page is most often led to by an advertising campaign on Google or social media. This is the page that is supposed to sell your product or service. It must include elements such as: offer differentiators, competitive advantages, a contact form or subscription to a mailing database. This is a page where we also design sales texts with special care.
Basic company website

A form of online promotion for small businesses. Present your services and offerings to potential customers. Persuade them to contact your company, present your greatest advantages. This is a simple informational site with several tabs (about me, services, contact, customers). You can commission me for graphic design and implementation.

Comprehensive website

This is a standard website for small and medium-sized companies consisting of more than a dozen tabs. There are sub-pages dedicated to the company's various services. It is an elaborate site - both in terms of structure and the amount of content, graphics and programming solutions.

FAQ - websites

Key questions and answers

What information is needed for an initial site quote?

In order to prepare a preliminary quote for the website design, I need the following information:

  • Does the company already have a website, and if so, please provide a link,
  • The number of pages on the new site (e.g., home page, service 1, service 2..., about the company, contact, etc.),
  • functionalities that the site is to have (e.g., blog, contact form, online store, connection to external tools such as mailing systems),
  • Whether the company has a defined visual brand communication (brandbook) or it is yet to be designed
  • completion date.
What does the web design process look like?

The design process in my execution consists of several stages:

  1. Customer needs analysis - Getting to know the purpose of the site and visual and functional expectations.
  2. Acceptance of project specifications + 50% payments
  3. Analysis of the current website
  4. Competitor analysis
  5. Creating a UX mockup - Development of the site structure in Figma.
  6. Consultations and amendments
  7. Development of final content Based on materials from the client,
  8. Consultations and amendments
  9. Graphic design - Preparation of a full graphic design on the basis of the approved mock-up.
  10. Consultations and amendments
  11. Deployment on WordPress
  12. Training on how to use the site
  13. Final settlement (50%)
How long does it take to design a website?

Implementation time depends on the complexity of the project. On average, the graphic design of the main page and several subpages takes about 2 weeks.

For more elaborate projects, this time may increase.

How long does it take to implement a website on WordPress?

The time it takes to implement a site depends on its size and the functionalities and integrations used.

For a medium-sized site of about 8 tabs, the implementation process is usually about 3 weeks.

What does responsive design (RWD) mean?

A responsive design is one that automatically adjusts to different screen resolutions. This ensures that the website looks good and works properly on both computers and tablets or smartphones.

Now, of course, this is the standard. We implement sites on as many as 5 resolutions (phone, tablet, small laptop, laptop, large screen).

Do we use pre-made templates?

No. All our projects are created from scratch to meet the individual needs of our clients.

We design each module of the site from scratch, and then implement it in the most optimal way.

Ready-made page templates are not only limiting when it comes to the visual layer, but also slow down the performance of the site.

What is a one pager?

One pager is a website whose entire content is on a single, scrollable subpage. On such a page we often have a top menu, which is always visible on the screen and allows you to easily and quickly move to the next section of the page.

It is ideal for timed offers, registration forms, project portfolios or events.

It is also a good solution for start-up companies - as a "starter" page - containing the most important information about the offer and services, as well as contact information.

Implementation (design + implementation) in as little as 2 weeks.

What is a landing page?

A landing page is a page designed to achieve a specific marketing goal, such as signing up for a newsletter, downloading an e-book, submitting a contact form or purchasing a product.

It features a simple structure, a clear call to action (CTA) and minimal distractions.

This is ideal for promoting specific services / products, which, when combined with paid Google / social media campaigns, can be a very effective sales tool.

Implementation (design + implementation) in as little as 2 weeks.

What are the characteristics of an "online business card" type website?

This is a simple website that presents basic information about a company, such as an offer, contact information and brief descriptions of services. It is ideal for small businesses.

Implementation (design + implementation) in as little as 4 weeks.

What is information architecture?

Information architecture is a well-thought-out layout of content and site elements that provides users with easy access to the information they need.

This is the foundation of a good website, affecting its functionality and intuitiveness.

What is UX?

UX (User Experience) is user experience design. It involves creating sites that are easy to use, intuitive and meet the needs of users.

The UX process involves a number of activities, such as competitor analysis, target audience research and the creation of user personas.

It also includes the preparation of prototypes and mock-ups, which allow early testing of the site's functionality and intuitiveness.

All this is done to ensure that the final design meets users' expectations and provides them with a positive experience.

About the Figma program

Figma is a cutting-edge graphic design tool that runs in the cloud and allows you to create mockups, prototypes and full designs for websites and applications. Thanks to its intuitive use and versatility, it has become one of the most popular tools among graphic designers, UX/UI designers and product teams. Today, Figma is considered the most popular web design software.

One of Figma's biggest advantages is real-time working. It allows teams to collaborate on one project at a time, without the need to install software - just a web browser. Clients and collaborators can also add comments to a project, which greatly speeds up the revision process.

With Figma, the entire design process - from idea to finished project - becomes more transparent and efficient. This tool is ideal not only for graphic designers, but also for teams that value speed and transparency of communication.

Is website implementation also included in the offer?

Yes, my offer also includes the implementation of the project on the WordPress platform. I work with a developer who is responsible for implementation from A to Z. More about implementations, read here >
