Operation Clean River is one of the largest nationwide community actions, with 128,000 participants, 2.1 million kg of waste collected and more than 70 partner companies. PowerPoint sponsorship presentation for this campaign was to translate these numbers into a concrete value proposition. The recipients were marketing and ESG departments at large companies.
We prepared the proposal based on data from the previous edition and client guidelines gathered during an online meeting. We designed 12 slides: from an introduction to the scale of the project, to media results, to four levels of sponsorship packages. In addition, we developed a slide showing the project's growth rate - a key argument in deciding on a multi-year partnership. This allows a potential sponsor to see right away that they are investing in more than just one edition.
As part of the cooperation, the client had the opportunity to submit corrections after each version. We handed over the sponsor's PowerPoint presentation within two weeks of the start of the project. At the end, the client received the PowerPoint presentation and a PDF optimized for emailing.
