We started the PowerPoint template for Crido by researching the teams’ needs. Client presentations are often prepared by people from many departments, frequently with no design experience. That is why the PowerPoint template had to be easy to use and flexible at the same time. It has to work for online meetings, webinars, training sessions and events.
We designed a template with 34 slide layouts, including title slides, section dividers, and slides for the team, map, services, client logos and contact details. Most layouts come in two color variants. Each uses placeholders and a palette saved in the theme. As a result, a new slide takes seconds to create and the design stays on-brand. We also included a user guide with the template.
The second tool is a Word template based on a locked style catalog. It has multilevel heading numbering and a separate first-page variant. Restricted formatting protects the document from accidental changes.
As a result, Crido has consistent materials and employees save time on formatting.
