We prepared this PowerPoint pitch deck for a commercial real estate company. The goal of the project was to create a presentation that clearly communicates investment potential and builds credibility in the eyes of business partners.
The client had very elaborate textual materials. Our task was to transform them into concise messages, figures and concrete data that investors realistically expect.
We started our work with strategic consulting. We proposed a new structure for the presentation, the order of the slides and how to highlight key information. We indicated which elements should be shortened, which should be combined, and which should be visually enhanced.
We placed great emphasis on data visualization. Instead of elaborate descriptions, we introduced charts, highlighted numbers and clear market summaries. We cleaned up the market and competitor analysis section and refined the team section to build trust more strongly.
We completed the project in PowerPoint, while proposing a new consistent visual communication for this project (which did not yet have a brandbook). Each slide in the pitch deck has a clearly defined purpose and supports the logical flow of the entire presentation.
The result is a professional PowerPoint pitch deck that, instead of a surfeit of content, provides investors with concrete arguments, figures and a clear vision of the project's development.
