A pitch deck for Horizon Europe is a very different kind of challenge than a standard company presentation. The client - a company in the field of new technologies for industry - applied for participation in the largest EU research and development program. The next stage of recruitment was at stake, and the evaluation committee is not forgiving of information chaos.
We began our work with a detailed analysis of the application submitted to the program. Based on this, we developed a presentation plan - a structure that answers the committee's questions. We then interviewed individual members of the client's team and processed the extensive project documentation. Our task was to extract key data and translate the technical language into a message that the evaluators could understand.
The pitch deck for Horizon Europe required precision at every level - from the structure, to the data, to the graphic layer. That's why we subordinated the graphic design to the program's requirements: visually consistent and readable. As a result, we turned complex R&D material into a logical narrative that speaks the language of the committee.
