A Horizon Europe pitch deck is a very different challenge from a standard company presentation. The client – an industrial technology company – was applying to the EU’s largest research and innovation program. The next stage of selection was at stake, and the evaluation panel doesn’t forgive information chaos.
We started with a detailed analysis of the application submitted to the program. Based on it, we developed a presentation plan – a structure that answers the panel’s questions. We then interviewed individual members of the client’s team and worked through extensive project documentation. Our task was to extract the key data and translate technical language into a message the evaluators would understand.
A Horizon Europe pitch deck requires precision at every level – from structure and data to the visual layer. That is why we tailored the design to the program’s requirements: visually consistent and easy to read. As a result, we turned complex R&D material into a logical narrative that speaks the panel’s language.
