We realized a comprehensive graphic design of the ESG report. We transformed raw Word materials into a professional 120-page document.
Scope of work:
- Typesetting and text breaking - precise division of content into logical sections and pages, in accordance with the structure of the ESG report.
- Layout in a column grid - A design based on a modular typographic grid (grid system). This ensures that the report remains readable even with a large number of tables and data.
- Design in line with the brandbook - Consistent use of color, typography and brand key visuals.
- Selection of photos and visual materials - consistent with the company's marketing communications and image strategy.
- Collaborate with client team and ESG specialists - Close coordination of content, data and substantive changes.
- Knowledge of the specifics of ESG reporting - Working with a large number of indicators, tables and footnotes required not only an aesthetic approach, but also an understanding of the structure of the ESG report.
- Unlimited number of language revisions - With high-volume projects, flexibility and quick response to revisions are key to timely publication.
- Attention to detail - From the leading line spacing, to text justification, to paragraph styles - resulting in a high level of readability throughout the document.
Finally, the client received a complete package of Adobe InDesign files. With this, he can:
- independently update the ESG report in the following year,
- edit content without having to design the document from scratch,
- maintain visual consistency in subsequent publications.
The graphic design of the ESG report is a combination of aesthetics, functionality and precision. It's also a smooth collaboration with the reporting team and attention to every element of the document - from the structure to the smallest punctuation mark.
