We have been working with the Humanites Institute for almost five years, creating event presentations, executive summaries and industry reports for them. The Well-Working report, however, was a special project – in several ways.

The report is about combining work and family life. It contains hard data from a survey of 788 employees in Poland – charts, statistics and group comparisons. The challenge was to design a document that keeps its business character while radiating warmth and positive energy, because that is what Well-Working is all about.

We chose lively illustration as the leading visual element – families, characters, everyday situations. We gave the data room to breathe instead of cramming it in. A palette of deep red and white gave the report a distinctive look, and the typography ensured readability even on slides dense with numbers.

The result: a report layout that works both as an event presentation and as a document for distribution. Humanites received material ready to present on stage and to send to partners as a PDF.

Layout of an employee well-being report for the Humanites Institute – a project combining hard data with warmth and positive energy.
