This PowerPoint report was prepared for the Humanites Institute. The project included not only the graphic layer, but also full data processing and analysis of the conclusions.
We began our work by analyzing the source data in Excel. Our task was to organize the information, draw key conclusions and select the most important indicators. Only after the analytical stage did we move on to designing the structure of the report.
On this basis, we created a clear narrative. Each slide had a clearly defined purpose and supported the logical flow of the conclusions presented. We took care of clear charts, infographics and consistent aesthetics throughout the document.
The scope of work included:
- Excel data analysis
- selection of key indicators and insights
- development of the report structure
- data visualization in PowerPoint
- refining graphic consistency and readability
The result is a professional PowerPoint report, which not only presents data, but guides the viewer through specific conclusions and recommendations.
This is an example of a project in which we combine analytical competence with the design of business presentations. Such comprehensive implementations allow us to create reports that realistically support management decisions.
